Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can step into the CEO role in the near future . This is a strategic leadership position for an all-rounder who combines operational expertise with commercial strength . The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, profitability, and growth while preparing to lead the organisation at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
Oversee end-to-end operations across all freight forwarding services.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.

Commercial Leadership:
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Negotiate major contracts and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Strategic Vision & Succession:
Work closely with the current CEO and global leadership team on long-term strategy.
Prepare to transition into the CEO role by demonstrating leadership, vision, and execution capability.

Financial Management:
Manage regional P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports to the global board.

Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire operational and commercial teams.
Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
12+ years in senior leadership roles within freight forwarding or logistics.
Proven track record in operational management and commercial strategy.
Experience in leading large-scale teams and driving transformation.

Skills:
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
