Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Automation Designer to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:
Work on engineering projects during the conceptual, basic, and detailed phases in the disciplines of Automation, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications.
Participate in the preparation and review of instrumentation and automation project documents, such as: Instrument layout plan, P&ID instrumentation, control system configuration, and automation setup.
Interface with other disciplines, such as piping, systems, process, mechanical, and electrical.
Analyze vendor drawings and provide technical support for on-site implementation.

About you:
Experience in executive engineering projects in the Mining and Steel sectors;
Experience in 3D modeling in an integrated environment (BIM);
Experience with control systems (DCS/PLC and SCADA);
Experience with instrumentation and industrial automation in the mining sector;
Desirable: Experience in project implementation;
Intermediate English;
Intermediate Spanish;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD / Volo View, Revit, Navis, and Plant3D
Desirable: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or holding a completed Technical degree in Automation or Industrial Instrumentation
