Pré-requisitos:
  • Experiência em coordenação de embarques marítimos de importação;
  • Experiência com importação marítima nas rotas originárias da Ásia + Europa + Am. do Sul + África;
  • Experiência em embarques de cargas IMO e REEFER;
  • Conhecimentos de desconsolidação de carga (Retificaçoes de CE Mercante);
  • Nível Superior completo ou em andamento;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Espanhol intermediário;
  • Capacidade multifuncional, organização, proatividade, concentração e facilidade de comunicação;
  • Agilidade para resolução de questões diárias e na comunicação interna entre equipes;
  • Disponibilidade de horário para atender demandas dentro do fuso europeu.
Principais desafios:
  • Coordenação de embarques de importação com foco nas rotas originárias da Ásia + Europa + Am. do Sul + África com relação todos os INCOTERMS (incluindo DDP e DAP);
  • Assegurar que seja criada documentação precisa e que os dados sejam transmitidos aos órgãos governamentais e/ou armadores, apropriados para todas as atividades de exportação;
  • Atendimento aos clientes internos/parceiro e follow up dos processos;
  • Solicitação e Confirmação de Booking junto a Armadores/Co-Loaders;
  • Coordenação de coleta de cargas junto à origem através de contato direto com as transportadoras e clientes (Shipper) na origem;
  • Agendamento e acompanhamento de carregamento de containers junto aos armazéns próprios e/ou terceirizados na origem;
  • Confecção e Envio de Shipping Instructions (SI) aos Armadores/Co-Loaders;
  • Controle, verificação e conferência documental de carga (MBL + HBL + INVOICE + PACKING LIST + WAREHOUSE RECEIPT);
  • Follow up diário dos embarques;
  • Atualização de sistema próprio (DMSYS);
  • Fechamento financeiro do processo;
  • Embarques de cargas IMO;
  • Embarques de cargas REEFER;
  • Conhecimentos de desconsolidação de carga (Retificações de CE Mercante).
