No seu dia a dia como Product Design Lead suas principais atividades serão:

  • Gerenciar o trabalho da equipe de designers, através de feedback contínuo e definição de prioridades.
  • Fortalecer a cultura de design centrado no usuário, compartilhando ideias e aprimorando o processo dentro da Strada.
  • Ajudar a construir a cultura de trabalho entre produto, design e tecnologia.
  • Trabalhar com Tech Managers, Product Managers, designers e desenvolvedores para identificar e priorizar oportunidade no desenvolvimento de produtos.
  • Contribuir na criação de objetivos e estratégias com os principais stakeholders e manter seu time comunicado e alinhado.
  • Ser responsável pelo desenvolvimento e manutenção do Design System e componentização dos produtos Strada.
  • Ser responsável pela gestão de pessoas, feedbacks, 1:1s e construção de PDI s buscando desenvolver ao máximo o potencial do time.
  • Fomentar entregas de forma saudável e com velocidade adequada às expectativas de nosso mercado.
