Job Title:Regional Sales Manager – Brazil (Portuguese Speaking Market)Location:Brazil (based in São Paulo or other major cities, with frequent travel across Brazil and South America) Job OverviewWe are seeking ahighly motivated and technically skilled Regional Sales Managerto lead our sales efforts inBrazil and surrounding South American markets , with a primary focus onsolar PV and energy storage systems . This position is ideal for candidates with astrong technical or product management background , capable of bridging commercial and technical discussions with clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence and driving sustainable growth in the regional renewable energy market. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business growth forsolar PV and energy storage solutionsacross Brazil, focusing on thecommercial and industrial (C&I)sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships withkey clients, EPCs, developers, distributors, and local partners . Monitor and analyzemarket trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapein the Brazilian renewable energy sector. Manage theentire sales cycle— from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing. Work closely withproduct and technical teamsto ensure customer requirements are understood, technically feasible, and properly executed. Provideproduct and technical presentationsto support partners and clients. Travel frequently within Brazil and occasionally across South America forcustomer meetings, site visits, and industry events . Requirements1. ExperienceRequired:1–3 years of sales or business development experience insolar PV, battery storage, or renewable energyindustries. Preferred:Previous experience as aProduct Manager, Application Engineer, or Technical Salesin energy-related sectors. Preferred:Existing network of clients or partners inBrazil’s C&I energy or solar market . 2. Technical SkillsStrong knowledge ofsolar PV systemsandenergy storage technologies(e.g., lithium-ion, LFP). Ability tounderstand and explain technical aspectsof energy solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Capable ofevaluating project feasibilityand proposing the right technical and commercial solutions. Experience withproduct positioning, competitive analysis, and technical documentationis a plus. 3. EducationPreferred:Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field . Certifications insolar energy systems, battery storage, or electrical systemsare a plus. 4. Soft SkillsLanguages:Fluency inPortuguese and Englishis required; Spanish is a plus. Communication:Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Problem-Solving:Ability to identify challenges and propose effective, value-driven solutions. Project Management:Capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams. Customer Focus:Proven ability to develop and maintainlong-term customer and channel relationships . 5. Other RequirementsWillingness and ability totravel frequentlywithin Brazil and South America. Valid driver’s license.
