🔥 About the RoleFlex AI is looking for a highly creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Creative Producer to help us produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.You’ll work with raw UGC (user-generated style content), creator footage, and internal material to produce fun, compelling, scroll-stopping short-form videos that fit the modern TikTok/IG aesthetic.This is a hands-on creative role focused on fast iteration, great storytelling, and a strong understanding of platform-native video styles.⭐ ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social platformsAdd captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native stylingProduce multiple variations of each conceptWork with raw UGC footage from creatorsCollaborate with the team to execute creative ideasOrganize files, maintain version control, and meet weekly output targetsStay on top of current TikTok trends, formats, and editing styles⭐ RequirementsProven experience editing TikTok/Reels-style short-form contentStrong proficiency in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similarGood sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythmAbility to produce content quickly and consistentlyPortfolio of UGC-style or TikTok-style videos requiredCreative thinker with strong attention to detailOrganized, self-directed, and comfortable with fast iteration1–3 years editing short-form TikTok/UGC-style contentFast, iterative editing style⭐ Nice-to-HavesExperience working with creators/influencersUnderstanding of fitness/wellness contentMotion graphics or text animation skillsBasic understanding of social performance metrics⭐ What We OfferFully remote, flexible working environmentHigh-ownership creative roleOpportunity to work on a fast-growing consumer productConsistent creative work with lots of room for experimentationCompetitive compensation based on experience
