Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, SEO, and social media). You will work closely with our global marketing team and local partners to drive engagement and customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create localized marketing content.
  • Optimize website SEO and manage local SEO strategies.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in Brazil or the LATAM market.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of consumer trends, culture, and behavior.

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
