Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência com Ruby trabalhando em projetos reais.Experiência em banco de dados relacionais e não-relacionais. (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).Experiência com versionamento de código utilizando GIT.Experiência trabalhando com desenvolvimento de APIs REST.Bom nível de Inglês.Diferencial:Experiência em Rails trabalhando em projetos reais.Conhecimento em Padrões de Projeto e de Arquitetura.Conhecimento em Clean Code. Nós prezamos por um código de qualidade.Conhecimento em práticas ágeis (Scrum, TDD, CI/CD).Conhecimento em Docker e Kubernetes.Conhecimento em Clouds (AWS, Heroku, Firebase, Huawei).Colaborar com todo o time para a elaboração da resolução de problemas e desafios decorrentes do dia-a-dia do desenvolvimento do projeto.Realizar integrações com APIs REST internas e de terceiros.Ser capaz de compreender problemas técnicos e trabalhar junto com o time em soluções otimizadas e que garantam a escalabilidade e qualidade do aplicativo.Atuar de forma consultiva, juntamente com o restante do time, nas definições das novas funcionalidades, apoiando a equipe de design.Vontade de crescer, tanto profissionalmente quanto tecnicamente, junto com todo o time.
