We are looking for a Pega Specialist , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid (1 or 2x in the office) , in the city of São Paulo ( Av. Eng Luís Carlos Berrini ) .
The ideal candidate should have:
Requires 5+ years of experience with the Pega solution
Real-world experience with Pega's AI tools
Ability to not only assist but also execute Pega workflows (hands-on)
Strong foundation in systems development
Technical leadership skills
Experience in the Azure environment
Language: Fluent Portuguese & English (speaking & writing)
Good to have:
Experience in the insurance or financial market
Experience working with agile teams
Ability to be resilient
