Mold-Masters Brazil is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Campinas – São Paulo and surrounding areas.As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality assembly, installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic distribution systems.Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits.Work You’ll Do:Troubleshoot and repair plastic distribution equipment (temperature controllers; hot runner systems; secondary injection units)Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on equipmentEffectively interface with customers in repairing equipment as neededEvaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairsAssembly of new equipmentAssist with the inflow and outflow of equipment for assembly and maintenanceIssue detailed report of all activities performed and keep respective documentation up to date.Team:The Field Service Technician will be part of the Aftermarket Service team and report directly to the Service Coordinator and Manager.Basic Qualifications:Technical degree in industrial electricity, electronic engineering technology, or other related field, or equivalent training and experience2+ years of experience working with electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, and/or similar skillsetsValid driver’s license with clean driving recordWillingness to travel and work overtime as necessaryMust be able to troubleshoot and educate customers on what the issue isMust be customer-focusedPreferred Qualifications:Basic English (capable to read and write)2+ years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool#J-18808-Ljbffr
