We're seeking for a Class/Program Coordinator to support our online BSc and MSc programs. Work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality .
Your Role:
Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
Coorinate
Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
