About the Role
As a Software Engineer in WSO2’s Customer Success Team, you will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of technical support and consultancy services to WSO2 customers, enabling them to use our solutions for business success.
Your key responsibilities

Take ownership of intricate technical problems, steering them to resolution individually and effectively collaborating with the engineering team during escalations.

Introduce innovative ideas to enhance product and overall technical designs.
Actively contribute to both technical and non-technical discussions through email and in-person interactions.
Collaborate with extended teams, including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales, on product and customer-related activities.
Deliver technical consultancy and training on WSO2 technologies and products for our customers.
Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of customers. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Programming skills in Java.
Experience in and knowledge of enterprise technologies, e.g., API management, enterprise integration, and identity and access management.
An effective communicator with an amiable personality and a passion for building business relationships.
