Virtual Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with exceptional written skills to join our team remotely. This position entails providing administrative support to our client's law firm and assisting lawyers with various tasks.ResponsibilitiesAssist lawyers with administrative tasks such as: drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing documentsConduct legal research and gather relevant information for casesPrepare and proofread legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and agreementsManage client communications and inquiries professionally and promptlyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal documents and correspondenceCoordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for lawyersHandle confidential information with discretion and integrityRequirementsBachelor's degree in either Law, English languages, Philosophy or SociologyExhibit excellent communication and written skills, ability to take initiatives, attention to detail and in prioritizing daily tasksProven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a legal environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environmentFamiliarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plusBenefitsSalary: $4-6 USD per hour (Starting rate)Opportunity to gain experience in the legal field and work with a reputable law firmFlexible remote work arrangement
