Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Specialist Operations to join our Supply Chain team, with strong analytical and project management skills, solid experience in operational planning, exception handling, and continuous improvement. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that workforce, equipment, and infrastructure are strategically dimensioned and continuously optimized to meet operational volumes with quality, agility, and cost efficiency. The role also involves leading data-driven initiatives, conducting time and motion studies, and driving process improvements through accurate analysis and collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
The Senior Specialist Operations will develop and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term capacity and workforce planning for in-house operations, analyze and allocate resources based on demand and performance, and ensure that operational KPIs such as efficiency, SLA, absenteeism, and UPH are continuously tracked and improved. This person will lead exception handling routines, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions to stabilize processes.
The role includes managing and executing continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction, performing time and motion analysis to establish standard times, eliminate waste, and improve process flow. The professional will generate and interpret analytical reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and visibility for decision-making.
Collaboration with global and local teams is essential to align planning strategies, forecast volumes, and validate supplier capacity. The position also requires preparation of performance reports and the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
Proven experience in Operational Planning, Exception Handling, and Process Improvement within logistics or e-commerce operations. Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes, fluent English for daily interaction with international stakeholders, advanced analytical and communication skills, and solid experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.

Nice to Have
Experience with WMS systems and warehouse operations, advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, experience managing projects using structured frameworks and KPIs, familiarity with process mapping and automation tools, and prior experience conducting time and motion studies or labor standardization initiatives.
