What will you be doing:
Providing application support and monitoring using Dynatrace;
Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Linux-based environments;
Ensuring observability and performance optimization of applications;
Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability;
Writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution;
Establishing best practices for application performance and monitoring;

What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, with at least 3 years of Dynatrace experience;
Experience with Linux environments;
SQL knowledge (other database experience is also considered);
Experience in Observability/Monitoring tools (Dynatrace preferred);
Java knowledge is a plus;
Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken) , and Portuguese ;
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
Hybrid work model: available to work in Porto or Lisbon;
Mandatory availability to relocate (from Brazil to Portuga l ).
