We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for CRM Migration, Lead Scoring, Power BI & Analytical SQL. besides collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management:

  • Gather and extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Clean, validate, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data models for reporting and analysis.

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

  • Perform in-depth statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling using various analytical techniques.
  • Identify key metrics, track performance, and uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations based on results.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

Reporting & Visualization:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Create compelling visual representations of data that tell a clear story and highlight key findings.
  • Automate routine reports and develop self-service analytics capabilities for business users.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different departments, including management, marketing, product, and operations.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Work closely with data engineers and other data professionals to ensure data quality and accessibility.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements across the business.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new analytical techniques, and data technologies.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proven experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik Sense).
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python with Pandas/NumPy/SciPy, R) for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in business.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
