We’re looking for a proactive data enthusiast to join our team and take our reporting capabilities to the next level. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with our account management team, transforming customer data into insightful reports that help our clients measure the success of their marketing campaigns.
You'll have the opportunity to flex your skills using SQL, Python, BigQuery, and cutting-edge reporting platforms like Metabase to deliver data-driven solutions. But we’re not just looking for someone to check off tasks—we want someone who’s always thinking, "How can this be better?" What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with account managers to turn client data into easy-to-digest reports, highlighting the impact of marketing strategies.
- Use SQL, Python, and other tools to analyze large datasets (think millions and billions of rows) with efficiency.
- Design and build engaging dashboards that simplify complex data into clear visual insights.
- Provide proactive suggestions for improving data workflows and deliverables to enhance client satisfaction.
- Present complex statistical analyses and findings in a straightforward, understandable manner for clients and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Availability during U.S. business hours.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (millions to billions of rows).
- Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
- Experience with marketing data or advertising metrics.
- Excellent communication skills—you're able to translate complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.
