O que você vai fazer

Criar, otimizar e analisar campanhas de mídia paga (Google Ads, Meta Ads e outros canais).

Monitorar métricas de performance (CPA, CTR, Conversão, ROAS) e propor melhorias constantes.

Apoiar na implementação de tags, pixels e integrações (Google Tag Manager).

Construir relatórios e análises para apoiar decisões de Growth.

Colaborar com áreas como Social Media, Branding, Sales e Produto para garantir consistência de ponta a ponta.

Organização para lidar com múltiplos projetos.

Interesse genuíno por Growth e Marketing de Performance.

Experiência prévia em marketing digital, agências ou startups é um diferencial.

Ferramentas e competências

Obrigatório: experiência em campanhas de mídia paga (Google Ads, Meta Ads) e Google Sheets/Excel.

Desejável: Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SQL ou ferramentas de automação.

Híbrido em São Paulo (Pinheiros)
