What will you do?
Provide L2/L3 support for cloud-hosted applications and platforms;
Monitor systemsand applications to ensure availability and performance;
Troubleshoot incidents related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and integrations;
Support applications developed in Java or another Programming language;
Work closely with development, DevOps, and cloud teams;
Analyze logs, monitor systems, and perform root cause analysis (RCA);
Ensureservice availability and meet SLA requirements.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar;
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
Experience supporting applications written in Java or another programming language;
Experience with SQL scripting and relational databases;
Experience working with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow;
Familiarity with ITIL processes;
Strongtroubleshooting and analytical skills;
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in production environments;
Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken), and Portuguese;
Ability to workin a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
Hybrid work model: available to work in Porto or Lisbon;
Mandatory availability to relocate (from Brazil to Portugal).
