Available Roles Include: Certified Personal Trainers Group Exercise Instructors (Les Mills , Zumba , Yoga , Cycling , etc.) Swimming Coaches & Lifeguards Key Responsibilities (vary by role): Deliver engaging, results-driven training or group classes tailored to member goals Assess fitness levels and design custom programs for improvement Educate clients on proper technique, equipment use, and lifestyle habits Motivate, coach, and track progress to ensure sustainable results Ensure safety and cleanliness across all training spaces Collaborate with club teams to deliver top-tier member experience Required Qualifications: Relevant certification in fitness, personal training, or group instruction (NASM , ACE , ISSA , Les Mills , Red Cross , etc.) Bachelor’s or associate degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus At least 2 years of professional experience in fitness instruction or coaching Excellent communication and motivational skills CPR/First Aid certification preferred Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (Relocation support provided)
