Core Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years of recent React Native experience at production scale. - Strong proficiency with React Native (TypeScript) and modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent). - - Deep understanding of mobile app architecture: navigation, performance tuning, offline-first workflows, and background tasks.
- Experience with native iOS/Android modules (bridging, push notifications, secure storage).
- Proven ability to design and deliver apps that meet security and compliance standards (secure data storage, encryption, RBAC).
- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile and release processes for App Store/Google Play.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across backend, DevOps, and product teams.
- Prior experience contributing to technical decision-making and architecture discussions.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with GCP, Firebase, or mobile analytics frameworks.
- Experience building cross-platform libraries or contributing to open-source React Native projects.
- Hands-on work with GraphQL (Apollo Client) and secure API integrations.
- Strong understanding of mobile accessibility (WCAG) and performance monitoring tools.
