Connected Services Sales Lead

Position: Sales and Loyalty Strategy Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (Sao Caetano do Sul and Sao Paulo, with visits to suppliers)

Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Role: Responsible for sales and loyalty strategy based on a subscription business model. Lead Connected Services sales in Call Centers, designing and executing sales strategies, processes, and policies. Collaborate with GM's CX Team to enhance the customer journey and increase subscription paying members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales channels: Contact Center & Digital Platforms.
  2. Achieve KPIs: conversion rate, credit card captures, customer retention, churn reduction, and subscriber longevity.
  3. Set daily goals for call center teams (Inbound, Outbound, Remarketing, Loyalty).
  4. Analyze call center data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  5. Ensure capacity planning to optimize contact center resources with workforce management team.
  6. Design commercial training for contact center advisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong mathematical analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to analyze and manage KPIs.
  • Outstanding commercial, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, patient, resilient, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate English & Spanish.
  • Experience in contact center sales operations.
  • Experience with subscription business models.
