Overview

We are looking for a Senior Web Frontend Developer with 10–14 years of experience to design and maintain the client side of web applications, ensuring high quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development: Build responsive and dynamic UIs with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Write modular, reusable code that’s efficient and scalable.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers to translate designs into user-friendly interfaces, optimizing for performance and accessibility.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Partner with backend developers to ensure seamless data integration, and collaborate on technical requirements with product owners and designers.
  • Performance Optimization: Apply techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and debugging to optimize application speed and performance.
  • Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code readability, implement automated tests, and continuously improve the frontend codebase with best practices.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality and alignment with goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on frontend development trends, frameworks, and tools to enhance user experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10–14 years in frontend web development, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Sass/LESS
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and client-server architecture
  • Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Vuex), Git, and Agile workflows
  • Skills & Competencies: Proficient in performance optimization, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
