Role Description We are seeking a talented Elixir Backend Developer for a full-time, remote position. As an Elixir Backend Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain back-end applications and systems using Elixir. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing well-structured, efficient code, collaborating with other developers and stakeholders, and ensuring software quality and performance. Additionally, you will contribute to system architecture design, troubleshoot issues, and continually improve project functionality.

Qualifications
Experience in Back-End Web Development and strong command of Elixir
Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Familiarity with Front-End Development and the ability to work collaboratively with front-end teams
Strong programming skills and knowledge of best practices in software engineering
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience with scalable applications and system architecture design is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
