Position ChallengesThis candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.ResponsibilitiesPerform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvementDesign and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspectionCollaborate with development, production, and purchasing teams to implement improvements Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measuresEnsure compliance with quality standards throughout the product lifecycle Participate in internal and external quality auditsLead training sessions on quality and safety policies Ensure compliance with global regulations and eco-friendly standards QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing EngineeringSolid background in quality management systems, functional, durability, and safety inspections and quality audits.Strong knowledge in analyze root causes of defects thought tools and methodologies such as FMEA, MASP, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5W2H, A3, SWOTExperience in a similar industry (field experience highly valued) Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, ABNT NBR 103717, IEC 60335-2-24, INMETROAdvanced English proficiency (will be tested)Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft OfficeExperience in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., NX)Availability to international travel Valid passport
