  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia, ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada como Product Manager ou função similar, com atuação direta em gestão de portfólio de projetos.
  • Organização e habilidade de estruturar informações para gerar visibilidade e alinhamento;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) e gestão de portfólio;
  • Vivência na implementação e uso de ferramentas como Monday.com ou equivalentes;
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados e capaz de atuar em ambientes com múltiplas frentes e prioridades variáveis.

Desejável:

  • Experiência no setor de varejo ou indústria;
  • Conhecimento em DevOps e integração de gestão ágil com execução técnica;
  • Vivência com consultorias estratégicas em transformação digital.

No GPA, buscamos um(a) Product Manager com foco em gestão de portfólio, capaz de transformar informações estratégicas em ações claras e alinhadas às prioridades da companhia. Esse(a) profissional será responsável por conectar a estratégia do negócio com a execução, garantindo que as múltiplas iniciativas em andamento tenham visibilidade, governança e impacto real para a organização.

  • Atuar como responsável pelo portfólio de iniciativas de soluções e projetos, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia da companhia.
  • Compreender a fundo os objetivos e diretrizes da companhia, traduzindo-os em iniciativas e entregas de produto.
  • Priorizar demandas com base em impacto, valor para o negócio e viabilidade técnica.
  • Comunicar com clareza as direções e decisões de produto para diferentes stakeholders (negócio, tecnologia, times ágeis).
  • Sincronizar esforços entre múltiplos squads, garantindo consistência nas entregas e visão integrada do produto.
  • Monitorar e avaliar métricas de sucesso das iniciativas, realizando ajustes contínuos com foco em excelência.
