Dynamics Developer / Team Leader Estamos representando uma empresa líder em tecnologia e inovação sediada nos EUA e base no Brasil, especializada em projetos inovadores com impacto global. Atualmente nosso cliente está buscando um techlead e desenvolvedor sênior que vai atuar focado em um produto, voltado para o mercado de franquias, nos EUA, desenvolvido com Dynamics CRM, Wordpress, SSRS e Power BI, ou seja , toda solução é baseada em soluções Microsoft. Atividades: Determinar o escopo, estimativa, planejamento, código, teste e entrega de soluções Trabalhar com a equipe de produtos para criar e aprimorar os recursos do produto Trabalhar com a equipe de implementação para criar personalizações para os clientes Colaborar com as partes interessadas internas e os clientes Investigar e desenvolver habilidades em novas tecnologias Estabelecer metas e objetivos para membros da equipe e projetos Manter relações de trabalho positivas e produtivas com as partes interessadas, os colegas e a liderança Requisitos: Mais de 3 anos de experiência prática no desenvolvimento do Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, criando entidades, atributos, relacionamentos, formulários, processos de negócios e fluxos de trabalho, bem como criando plug-ins personalizados, relatórios SSRS personalizados e scripts de front-end Sólida experiência com desenvolvimento de software em C# Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento com JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML e serviços da Web Capacidade de desenvolver, construir e manter um novo sistema de CRM usando C# e .NET Experiência ou capacidade de aprender a escrever plug-ins PHP para WordPress Capacidade de exercer julgamento independente e agir de acordo com ele Excelentes habilidades de comunicação auditiva, interpessoal, escrita e oral em inglês Altamente automotivado e autodirigido Capacidade de priorizar e executar tarefas com eficácia sob pressão Forte orientação para o atendimento ao cliente Experiência de trabalho em um ambiente colaborativo e voltado para a equipe Desejável vivência com SSRS, SSIS e PowerBI Formação superior completa Inglês avançado/fluente( usará diariamente com os pares e time nos EUA) Contrato CLT ou PJ, compatível com a oportunidade. Atuação: 100% remoto.
