Senior PPC Specialist

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our remote team in Brazil. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in paid media and deep expertise in data-driven performance strategies. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Analyse KPIs and suggest improvements focused on performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Conduct A/B tests and implement learnings in real time. Build reports with actionable strategic insights. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-impact creatives. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus. Strong analytical mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented. Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory. What we offer: Contractor model (CNPJ) with a monthly compensation of AUD 2,916 (~R$10,200). 100% remote position. 20 paid vacation days per year.
