Logistics Operations Director

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Director to oversee the efficient and timely distribution of parcels through partner carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in last mile logistics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery operations, including process optimization and supplier coordination. Monitor daily performance metrics, investigate anomalies, and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence. Lead proactive issue resolution, ensuring smooth communication between teams and timely escalation of critical cases. Collaborate with senior management to develop and track KPIs, such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, and transit times. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in last mile logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce and/or express logistics.
