About Inteliqo
Inteliqo has just landed in Brazil We deliver innovative technical solutions and infrastructure projects across multiple regions and we’re kicking off our first project in Brasília.
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician with experience in telecommunications to support our local deployment and collaborate with our international team.
What you will do
Provide on-site IT support for network infrastructure (cabling, routers, access points, firewalls, etc.)
Assist in telecommunications projects, including server room setups, rack installations, and field operations
Coordinate with remote teams to execute technical tasks efficiently
Follow technical documentation and safety standards
What we are looking for
Proven experience in IT support and telecom infrastructure
Strong understanding of networking and cabling systems
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Intermediate to advanced English (for technical communication)
Laptop and smartphone with internet access
Availability to be on-call during weekdays (no weekends or holidays)
The project will have three phases :
1️⃣ Survey – on-site assessment and preparation
2️⃣ Installation – deploying the network infrastructure
3️⃣ Maintenance – ongoing support (around once a month, as needed)
