We’re looking for an experiencedSalesforce MuleSoft Developerto join a fast-growing technology company building an AI-driven compliance and clean energy platform. This role focuses on architecting and implementing integrations that connect Salesforce with external enterprise systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange. MissionLead the design, development, and maintenance of MuleSoft-based integrations across a complex Salesforce ecosystem, supporting high-performance data flow and seamless business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and buildMuleSoft APIs and flowsfor integration between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, HR, finance, compliance platforms). Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant integrations usingAPI-led connectivityand best practices. Developevent-driven architecturesleveraging MuleSoft, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs. Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure real-time data synchronization within Apex and Lightning components. Optimize performance for large-scale, high-volume integrations while managing governor limits. Maintain integration CI/CD pipelines and enforce API governance using Anypoint Platform. Document architecture, flows, and error-handling frameworks for long-term maintainability.Required Skills & Experience7+ yearstotal software development experience, with4+ yearsdedicated to MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations. Expertise inMule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave, RAML/OAS, CloudHub, andSalesforce Connector. Strong understanding ofsynchronous/asynchronous processing,batch integration,retry logic, andfailover design. Proven experience designingsecure and performant APIs(OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS). Familiarity withSalesforce DX,Apex, andSalesforce data models. MuleSoft Developer (Mule 4)and/orIntegration Architectcertifications preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.Ideal ProfileYou’ve built and maintained complex Salesforce + ERP/Financial system integrations, thrive in API-first environments, and can design solutions that balance robustness, scalability, and simplicity. You’re comfortable leading integration strategy, collaborating across teams, and setting best practices for enterprise connectivity.
