This position is ideal for students who are eager to learn and develop their skills in economic and financial research.The selected candidate must be native or fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory) and will support the research team in conducting studies, preparing financial reports, and assisting senior analysts in day-to-day activities.Please note: Resumes will only be accepted if written English. Applications submitted in Portuguese will not be considered. Main Responsibilities·      Support the preparation of financial reports on companies and the monitoring of key economic and financial indicators.·      Assist in preparing summaries and basic analyses of market trends, economic projections, and corporate earnings.·      Help monitor economic events, public policy changes, and macroeconomic data that may impact financial markets.·      Track the performance and movements of financial assets.·      Assist in the development of financial models for company valuation, under the guidance of senior analysts.·      Support data collection, organization, and basic analysis.·      Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as organizing meetings, reports, and presentation materials.·      Collaborate in the preparation of materials for internal use and for investor or market communications.  Requirements·      Fluent Spanish and fluent English (mandatory).·      Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.·      Basic understanding of financial concepts such as financial statements, company valuation, and financial instruments.·      Ability to read and interpret financial statements and corporate reports.·      Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.·      Good Excel skills (formulas, basic financial modeling).·      Clear and structured written communication skills.·      Willingness to learn, curiosity about financial markets, and interest in economic trends and global events. Differentials·      Previous internship or academic experience in finance, economics, or capital markets.·      Familiarity with financial information platforms such as Bloomberg or Reuters.·      Knowledge of basic programming or data analysis tools (e.g., Python, VBA, Power BI).  Benefits·      Hands-on learning experience in a global company with a strong presence in the fixed income market.·      Exposure to macroeconomic analysis, company research, and financial markets in LatAm.·      Continuous learning, mentoring, and professional development.·      Collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work environment.
