Role Overview This role supports and evolves a large Salesforce environment used by commercial and operational teams. The position acts as a senior technical reference, working closely with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure stable operations, scalable configurations, and continuous platform improvement.
The role combines hands-on administration, technical ownership, and collaboration across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and administer Salesforce, including automation, flows, and quoting processes, with focus on scalability and data quality.
Lead technical activities during major changes and deployments, coordinating with multiple teams and following defined operational procedures.
Monitor system health using dashboards and alerts; investigate incidents and implement long-term fixes.
Improve alerting and monitoring to reduce noise and increase actionable insights.
Review performance trends and capacity risks; work with engineering teams to address issues.
Support audit and compliance requirements through proper controls and documentation.
Manage change and release activities for Salesforce and integrated systems, including validation and post-release monitoring.
Maintain secure access, roles, and integrations with enterprise identity and service platforms.
Support data governance activities, including data quality and controlled migrations.
Configure and support customer interaction tools embedded in Salesforce.
Mentor other administrators and contribute to shared platform standards.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical incidents and deployments.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience administering and supporting Salesforce in complex environments, including quoting and order-related workflows.
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation, data structures, validation logic, and operational support.
Experience managing releases and coordinated changes across multiple systems.
Proven ownership of production platforms, including incident response and root cause analysis.
Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in business terms.
Advanced English for global communication, including work with international teams and documentation.
