This role has an immediate start, working 40 hours a week for a period of 4 months to support the site. The candidate should have a clinical or nursing background, with tasks including performing EKGs and collecting vital signs.

As a key member of the site team, you will handle various administrative tasks to support investigators, ensure smooth clinical trial operations, and assist with patient data collection.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Verifying and correcting research study information on source documents; researching queries and variances; providing feedback to the site data collector.
  • Accurate input of trial data into the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system and tracking visits and procedures against the budget in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
  • Preparing and maintaining study files, and submitting information timely.
  • Collecting, submitting, and maintaining relevant regulatory and ethics documents.
  • Scheduling visits with research subjects, generating reports, and documentation.
  • Providing other administrative support such as reception, office organization, and supply management.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • BS/BA in life sciences or equivalent education, or relevant work experience in a clinical or medical setting, e.g., clinical research coordinator, nurse, medical assistant.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical trials, including departmental, protocol, and study-specific procedures, consent forms, and schedules.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Windows and Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
