• Provide proactive support in hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team, understand business needs, and communicate with clients when appropriate.
• Learn continuously and contribute to a dynamic environment with autonomy and responsibility.

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with administrative or service tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree.
• Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

• Contractor (PJ) with compensation: R$2.5K, possibility to increase to R$5K after 6 months.
• Work with international clients with international standards.
