Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to join our São Paulo team. You'll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with clients and brand partners, ensuring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value and results. If you thrive in a fast-paced digital media environment and love sports, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and performance.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns (branding, performance, native, programmatic, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign metrics, provide performance reports, and offer strategic optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, content, product, tech) to align business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell relevant products or inventory.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives, approvals, and payments.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client industries.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, digital media, or advertising (preferably in tech or sports sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising formats and metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with sports content is a big plus.
