The Role
We are looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter who is ready to drive success for our clients and, in turn, for themselves. As a Recruiter at Virtustant, you are the engine of our business. You will manage the entire hiring process from the initial client kick-off call to the final candidate offer.
This is not a standard 9-to-5. It is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for someone with a powerful work ethic and a deep-seated desire to succeed. You will be expected to work with intensity and dedication to meet the ambitious goals of our clients. You do NOT need previous recruitment experience.
What You'll Do
- Own Client Relationships: You won't just take orders; you'll act as a strategic partner to our clients. You'll dive deep to understand their business, consult on their hiring needs, and manage expectations with confidence and professionalism.
- Hunt for Top Talent: You will be relentless in your search for the best candidates. This means going beyond job boards and mastering sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Run a Rigorous Process: You will manage the entire candidate journey, from initial screening and in-depth interviews to coordinating with clients and ensuring a world-class experience for everyone involved.
- Close the Deal: You will guide candidates through the final stages, manage complex offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless close for both the client and the candidate.
- Build Your Desk: You will develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, becoming the go-to expert in your designated area.
What You Bring
- Strong Command of English: C2 English or better is required. Your written and verbal communication must be articulate, professional, and persuasive.
- An Obsessive Work Ethic: You are driven by results and have a deep sense of personal accountability. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs to be done and you do it.
- Exceptional Resilience and Commitment: This role demands long hours and a high level of intensity. You must have the ambition and mental toughness to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Client-Facing Confidence: You are comfortable and skilled at building rapport with clients, presenting candidates, and providing expert consultation.
