What You'll Do
  • Analyze & Adjust – Stay ahead of the curve Use data to track trends, make real-time adjustments, and keep shipments on time while optimizing inventory.
  • Resolve & Improve – Tackle product shortages head-on Work with leadership to boost fill rates and streamline operational flow.
  • Customer Service – Be the go-to problem solver Handle escalations and ensure both internal and external customers stay happy.
  • Communicate & Lead – Set the pace Guide warehouse teams on daily goals, monitor performance, and provide insights to keep things moving efficiently.
  • Yard Management – Keep the yard in sync Oversee trailer moves with the yard spotter to ensure everything stays on schedule.
What We're Looking For
  • Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of hands-on warehouse experience—because real-world know-how matters
  • Strong Communicator – Confident working with multiple teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Tech-Savvy – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Problem Solver – Able to analyze data, think critically, and make smart decisions on the fly.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Juggles multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with process automation or advanced communication tools? That's a big plus

Pay, Benefits and More
  • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
