Strategic Project Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Project Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing strategic projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Planning: Support business leaders in planning and executing key projects, including objectives decomposition, critical task planning, and coordination of internal/external resources.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes.
  • Global PMO Framework Development: In this role, you will also contribute to the development of a standardized project management system for international projects. This involves creating frameworks, processes, and tools that support effective project execution and governance.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic project management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex project plans and progress updates.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
