Laravel and React Developer (Latin America, Remote position)

Bluelight is a leading software consultancy dedicated to designing and developing innovative technology that enhances users\' lives. We are expanding across the United States and Central/South America and are seeking exceptional talent to join our dynamic and diverse team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to challenging projects, develop high-quality applications, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

What We Are Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above.
  • Experience with Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
  • Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
  • Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
  • Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS is a bonus.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
  • Ability to identify with Bluelight\'s clients\' goals and deliver on commitments.
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
