Tech Lead Integration Delivery

Polanov is seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Tech Lead, Integration Delivery to lead a team of integration engineers. This is a full-time, remote position in Brazil with a project duration of more than 12 months.

About the Role

You'll join a fast-growing, investor-backed cybersecurity startup on a mission to make security simple and accessible. Our platform helps organizations secure applications and innovate safely.

As the Tech Lead, you will lead and mentor a distributed team of integration engineers. Your role will focus on ensuring operational excellence, solution quality, and collaborative leadership. You'll combine your strong technical aptitude with a passion for helping teams operate efficiently. Experience in the cybersecurity or identity space is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Lead and mentor a team of mid-level integration engineers, ensuring high-quality integration delivery from scoping to handoff. You'll build repeatable processes, hold the team accountable to SLAs, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the integration lifecycle.
  • Technical Program Oversight: Oversee the design and delivery of integrations involving APIs, automation workflows (RPA), AI-based routing, and secure identity operations. You'll also support complex solution design and develop reusable assets and frameworks.
  • Operational Efficiency & Strategy: Implement outcome-based delivery to ensure project velocity and predictability. You will identify and address bottlenecks, recommend tooling improvements, and contribute to the design of packaged integration offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in solution delivery roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Knowledge of the technical architecture of web crawlers (XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or identity/security operations concepts.
  • Proven success leading high-performing, customer-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and scale delivery operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • An empathetic, growth-oriented leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with security products or in regulated industries.

Project Duration: > 12 months

Salary: $32 - $34 per hour
