What you\'ll do:

This person will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a positive partner experience. Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining the partner's store (Dig.Comms, Promotions, Catalog, Club B, Tasks, etc.);
• Analyzing the store's performance results;
• Proposing strategies and actions based on data analysis to drive partner results;
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning of the partner solution.

What you\'ll need:

• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Experience with Agile projects.
