ALEC FITOUT is hiring sharp Site Engineers to deliver fit-out projects that blend luxury with innovation. Note: This role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in the UAE & KSA. The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE or KSA.

Your Role
  • Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
