Develops, implements, and maintains one or more accounting systems.

• Prepare journal entries, manage General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Reconciliation.
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations.
• Balance books and prepare financial statements such as profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheets.
• Monitor and generate monthly reports on revenues and expenditures for projects.
• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing federal, state, and local reports and tax returns.
• Help set up processes to capture, track, and report revenue, including deferred revenue, in line with revenue recognition policies.
• Generate revenue reports for internal and external use, interpreting reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Review and maintain billing information in financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other regulations.

• Relevant accounting experience and knowledge of financial systems.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and other accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
