Operations Strategy Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as the Business Partner (BP) for product teams, deeply involved in the entire process of product demand management, launch implementation, performance review, and feedback improvement. Deliver tailored product solutions to local business teams to drive business success.
2. Proactively identify opportunities and challenges for target business teams through market research, user studies, metric system development, and user feedback mechanisms. Drive closed-loop improvements between product and business teams to enhance user experience.
3. Facilitate effective cross-border (cross-time zone) communication and collaboration, building and maintaining long-term trusted relationships. Establish efficient workflows and coordination mechanisms.

Job requirements:

1. Experience in project management, product management, product operations, or business operations at an internet company or large multinational corporation, with deep expertise and insights in the field.
2. Strong cross-functional/cross-cultural communication skills. Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken); fluency in Portuguese is a plus (both languages are working requirements).
3. Willingness to travel internationally

3. Possess solid cognitive accumulation and work experience in the business logic and strategic methods of supply operations.
4. English can be used as the working language, with an open mindset to quickly understand and adapt to work environments, operational methods, and user needs across different cultural backgrounds;

1. Responsible for the city\'s supply capacity scale and delivery efficiency. Improve delivery quality and control delivery costs through supply and demand analysis and capacity tracking.

• Monitoring and Analysis: Effectively monitor the city\'s supply and demand situation, predict supply and demand status, understand the distribution of supply and demand in the city, identify unresolved issues and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Strategy Development: Fully motivate riders, optimize capacity structure, and solve capacity problems through rider education, incentive traction activities, and horizontal collaboration.
• Summarize Knowledge Base: Summarize effective solutions for urban capacity operations and promote them widely.

Requirements:

• Solid data skills, able to quickly query and process data, and quickly capture the mutual influence of various indicators.
• Able to infer feasible, highly efficient operational solutions from data conclusions.
• Can clearly convey data conclusions and strategy intentions through horizontal collaboration with multiple teams.
• Experience in pricing and subsidy strategies in the instant logistics or ride-hailing industry is preferred.
