Project Manager to the COO

We are looking for someone to join our Operations team who not only understands the wants to help scale a business to 10x its current size and is interested in technology and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining project & stakeholder management, data analysis, and process structuring and implementation.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Report to the COO.
  2. Structure and implement processes.
  3. Implement systems and software.
  4. Carry out market research and benchmarks.
  5. Structure dashboards using multiple data sources and analyze data.
  6. Perform simple queries.
  7. Follow up with Heads of other areas.
  8. Monitor KPIs of Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams.
  9. Proven experience in project management.
  10. Ability to analyze data and use it in decision-making.
  11. Practical experience with Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
  12. Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
  13. Strong passion for technology, innovation, and AI.
  14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  15. Stakeholder management.
  16. Willingness to travel one week per month.
  17. Spanish speaking is desirable.
