Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to work on reverse supply chain processes, including trade-ins, recycling, repairs, and returns. The role involves maintaining and enhancing an existing Rails 6/7 application focused on electronic recyclables—covering inventory, scheduling, transportation, management, and processing.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and components using Ruby on Rails.
  • Build and integrate APIs with 3rd party companies and internal applications.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, response time, and capacity issues.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Perform both front-end (GUI) and back-end development tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails development
  • Strong expertise in API design and integration (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc).
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools (CircleCI, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (RSpec, MiniTest).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
  • Advanced English.
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience with Go development.
  • AWS knowledge and hands-on cloud experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and scalability.
