Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Web Developer to own our web experience. You'll be responsible for adapting existing Flutter mobile screens for the web and creating new, web-only features. This role requires both technical depth and product judgment — knowing when to re-use mobile layouts and when to design specifically for desktop users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement web-only screens that enhance the agOps360 platform.
• Define best practices for Flutter web development across the team.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and offline functionality for web users.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver reliable, farmer-friendly experiences.
• Mentor other engineers on Flutter web techniques.

Requirements:

• 4+ years professional Flutter experience, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter Web in production.
• Strong understanding of Flutter's rendering model on the web, including performance pitfalls and workarounds.
• Experience with state management (Bloc, Riverpod, etc.) and offline-first patterns (local DBs, sync, caching).
• Familiarity with Supabase, Drift, PowerSync, or comparable backend/data sync stacks.
• Strong eye for UX and the ability to judge when web users need something different than mobile users.
• Ability to work independently and set technical direction.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience leading a Flutter team or being the "go-to" person for web.
• Familiarity with authentication flows (OTP, passwordless, multi-tenant).
• Experience in industries with rugged, offline requirements (agriculture, logistics, construction, etc.).
