Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Developer role, remote (long-term assignment) for Brazil-based candidates. You will join one of our North American client's engineering team to elevate customer support operations through AI and agentic applications, and optimize intelligent systems that enhance customer experience across all support channels. As an experienced developer, you will focus on automation-first solutions to support the client's growing customer base, including building and providing support to existing agents and applications. You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a North American client's engineering team to design and implement AI-driven automation and agentic solutions
  • Develop and maintain automation-first features to support a growing customer base
  • Provide support to existing agents and applications, ensuring reliability and performance across all channels
  • Participate in team ceremonies and related sessions as part of the client project team
Required Qualifications
  • Strong English communication, writing and verbal
  • Experience working independently and remotely
  • Experience building AI agents
  • Experience integrating with AI APIs (e.g., GPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic)
  • Experience with REST APIs and system connectivity
Bonus Qualifications
  • Background in customer support teams or technical operations roles
