About the RoleWe are looking for a high-performing, self-directed Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of Sitecore's Commercial accounts in Japan. This is a farming role - but make no mistake; we want someone who thinks like a builder, acts like a seller and puts the customer at the centre of the conversation. You will drive sales and growth, you will uncover new opportunities, and you will help customers unlock the full value of Sitecore's digital experience platform.

Strong selling skills and a comfort with speaking to customers daily are needed. What You Will Do- Own and manage a high volume of commercial accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and customer success.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal motions with urgency and precision.
- Build trusted relationships virtually with decision-makers and key influencers.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and proactively expand Sitecore's footprint at the account.
- Collaborate across teams: Customer Success, Marketing, Product to drive account strategy and execution.
- Hit and exceed revenue, be able to manage a high level of customer facing activities and meet the performance KPIs consistently.
- Experience within a sales or business development setting, account management highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable commercial instincts and a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Excellent communication and virtual selling skills.
- Consultative approach and a problem-solving mindset.
- Thrive in high-volume, high-opportunity environments with the energy to match.
- Be ambitious and see this as an opportunity to grow into a larger role as you progress within enterprise sales.
- Business development experience is highly relevant.
- Proficient with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc).
